This actual description of world wide educational reform programs deals with rapidly changing local and regional situations causing tremendous controversies as a result of rapidly growing diversity. In this context we describe possible solutions for reforming processes of educational systems. We introduce new conceptions of international and urban education to help teachers and learners to understand their cultural and religious controversies – in the long run of a globalizing diversity.
